Broccoli
Broccoli has large flower heads, usually dark green in colour, arranged in a tree-like structure branching out from a thick stalk which is usually light green. It has a grassy, earthy flavour that's mildly bitter. It's very versatile when it comes to cooking and can be used in a variety of tasty ways.
